Essential Care

  • Clean our planters with mild dishwasher soap and water to preserve their aesthetic attributes. Please refrain from using abrasive cleaning products as they may scratch the surface.

  • Our planters are crafted to be more porous than regular plastics, cement, and some ceramics, so you may notice some moisture accumulation underneath. This is a natural feature of our product design and not a flaw.

  • All products are lightweight and gentle on all surfaces. They can be placed confidently on wood or glass without causing scratches. When positioned on a wooden surface, ensure a saucer is placed underneath the planter to collect any excess moisture.

  • Our planters include drainage plugs to maintain the ideal moisture level. To make sure no water leaks underneath, first drain over the sink and then place the drainage plug back in.

Dedicated Care

Signature Stone Planters

Our Signature Stone products are made from recycled plastics and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -50 to +100 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

Upcycled Planters & Trays (Bamboo, Wheat, Coffee, Nut and Rice Husk)

Round Trays - Comfortably support up to 30lbs.

Mini Planters and Oval Trays - Preserve these planters' beauty by keeping them indoors, away from the harsh climatic conditions of the outdoors.

Hanging Planters

To ensure longevity, maintain the weight under 15lbs.

To prolong the durability of the ropes, avoid filling the planters with soil up to the level of the ropes. Similarly, ensure the ropes do not soak while watering, as this could lead to deterioration.

Hanging Trays

Keep the weight limit to under 10lbs for optimal use.

Wooden Hangers

They can hold up to 9lbs of weight.

Do not screw the nails in too tight or it will crack the structure of the hanger.

We recommend screwing the nails into a wall stud for secure installation.

If no studs are available, mark the hanging planter's hole positions with an erasable pencil, twist the metal backings into the drywall, and then screw the nails into the backings until they're flush. Screws may also go through the end of the metal backings.

Adjustable Stands

These stands can support up to 50lbs and accommodate planters up to 12 inches in size.

COCO Coir Poles
  1. Select the Right Size Pole: Choose a coir pole that is tall enough to accommodate the expected height of your plant as it grows. These poles typically come in various lengths, so pick one that suits your needs.
  2. Prepare the Plant: Before you start using the coir pole, inspect your plant and trim away any dead or unruly growth. This will make it easier to train the plant onto the pole.
  3. Position the Coir Pole: Insert the coconut coir pole into the pot or container where your plant is growing. Place it near the base of the plant, making sure it's securely anchored in the soil or potting mix. You may need to push it down a few inches to ensure stability.
  4. Start Training the Plant: Gently guide the plant's stems or vines towards the coir pole. You can start by loosely pinning the plant to the pole using our EZ Pins or hemp rope. Be careful not to tie it too tightly, as this could damage the plant.
  5. Continue to Train the Plant: As the plant continues to grow, keep training it to climb the coir pole. You may need to periodically adjust the pins or rope to ensure the plant remains attached securely but without constricting its growth.
  6. Watering and Maintenance: Water your plant as usual, making sure that the coir pole and the soil around it receive adequate moisture. Regularly check for any signs of pests or disease and take appropriate measures to address them.
  7. Pruning and Trimming: Prune and trim your plant as needed to encourage healthy growth and maintain its shape. As it grows, you may also need to move some stems or vines to ensure they are properly supported by the coir pole.
  8. Monitor and Adjust: Keep an eye on your plant's growth and adjust the training as necessary. Over time, the plant should naturally start to twine around the coir pole, and you may not need to pin it as frequently.
